Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Customized or engraved items are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects.

  • Exchange is permitted one time per order.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact HECTO within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof
